By registering an account on 77pab, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77pab platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of 77pab, including registered players, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any individual accessing 77pab through a mobile device, desktop browser, or any other means of access.

77pab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

To register and use the 77pab platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework for online gambling;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;

• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of 77pab or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or business partners, nor are you a close family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 77pab or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

77pab reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant and to close any existing account where eligibility requirements are not or can no longer be met, with no obligation to provide a reason for such refusal or closure.

To access real-money gaming services on 77pab, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times and to promptly update any details that change. 77pab may require you to re-verify your identity if account information is updated.

• One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 77pab. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77pab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Non-transferability: Your 77pab account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person under any circumstances.
• Account Currency: 77pab accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) by default. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

77pab reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

77pab accepts deposits through the following payment methods, subject to availability in your region and any applicable transaction limits:

• GCash and Maya (Philippine digital wallets)
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 77pab does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits funded from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the 77pab cashier interface. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. 77pab does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77pab accepts no responsibility.

77pab reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where required for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or other regulatory requirements.

Players may request withdrawals of funds held in their 77pab account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has been fully verified in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements;
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold as displayed in the cashier;
• There are no outstanding investigations, disputes, or holds on your account.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not feasible, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at 77pab's discretion.

77pab targets processing of approved GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network conditions.

77pab reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Players will be notified of such decisions and may appeal through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.

77pab offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 77pab reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and close the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

77pab reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, 77pab will use reasonable endeavors to treat affected players fairly.

All games offered on the 77pab platform are governed by the individual rules of each game, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

77pab's games are provided by third-party game studios and live casino operators. All games certified for use on our platform have undergone testing by independent technical testing agencies to verify the fairness and accuracy of their Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and payout return-to-player (RTP) rates.

• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or communication error during a game round, 77pab reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's wager for that round. Bets that cannot be verified due to a system failure may be voided.
• Disconnection: 77pab is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption during gameplay. Where technically possible, incomplete rounds will be completed upon reconnection according to the game's rules.
• Error in Odds or Payouts: If a game is offered with an obvious error in odds, payouts, or rules, 77pab reserves the right to void bets placed under those erroneous conditions, regardless of the outcome displayed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77pab platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or 77pab employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Using multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identity) to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using 77pab funds for any illegal purpose;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with 77pab;
• Attempting to reverse any payment transaction in bad faith (chargeback fraud);
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 77pab staff through any communication channel.

77pab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a valid law enforcement, regulatory, or court order;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Players may also voluntarily close their 77pab account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding disputes, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts with a positive balance that have not recorded any login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 77pab reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable law, following prior written notice to the registered email address.

77pab is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We offer the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can deposit into their account.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session reminders and time limits to manage their playing sessions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77pab platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or transmit any 77pab content;
• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the platform or its software;
• Use 77pab's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of 77pab's intellectual property may result in termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pab, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from third-party game malfunctions or technical errors;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions.

77pab's total aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77pab's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.

77pab collects, uses, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 77pab platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, gaming activity, and device data. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services.

2. Step 2 – Internal Review: 77pab will conduct a full internal review of your complaint and provide a written response within five (5) business days. Complex cases may require up to fourteen (14) business days.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

During the dispute resolution process, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider, as this may constitute a violation of these Terms and result in account suspension pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related to your use of 77pab shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
